District Wrestling is proud to host the 2025 Sin City Classic!

The Sin City Classic is the largest annual LGBTQ+ sporting event in the world. Dozens of sports and thousands of athletes gather in Las Vegas every January for a weekend-long experience, and we are proud to be the hosts for this year's wrestling and no-gi jiu jitsu events.

Wrestling events at the Sin City Classic run from Thursday January 16 to Sunday, January 19. Competitions and clinics will be held at Flamingo Las Vegas.

Tournament Information

Tournament Rules

Wrestling: We follow USA Wrestling’s scoring rules.

Matches will be 2 periods, each period is 3 minutes.

Grappling: Will follow the UWW ruleset, with a few modifications to promote athlete safety

Matches will be 5-minutes.

Pricing & Refunds

Registration prices will increase starting December 1. Full refunds available until that date.

From December 1 to January 1, 50% refund. After January 1, no refunds.

Registration will close January 15.

Weight Classes

Our tournament’s goal is to allow a competitive but safe environment for everyone. In creating our brackets, we consider age, gender identity, weight, and experience level. We aim to ensure each athlete gets three to four matches. Athletes can decline to participate in their assigned bracket. In addition, we allow time for Exhibition matches where athletes can have friendly matches with anyone who agrees to have a match.
