Beginner's Week III

First time wrestler? Join District Wrestling for our first Beginner's Week! We'll cover all the basics of folkstyle and freestyle wrestling — everything from good stance to how to properly tie your wrestling shoes.

If you want to participate in any mat drills, please come in gym-appropriate attire! If you just want to learn about the club and meet some fellow wrestling fans off the mats, come on by and grab some swag! Bring a friend or two — both days are free!
