About the Event
Join Glen Kalbaugh — the head strength & conditioning coach for American University's Division 1 wrestling program — for a special afternoon workout designed especially for wrestlers. Glen will lead you through the same workout routines that Division I wrestlers use to improve their performance and excel on the mats.
Dedicated sessions will focus on plyometrics, compound lifting, and more excercises specifically designed for wrestlers and other athletes. Build your new gym routines and learn how to improve your game between practices on your own at home or at the gym!
Plus: win awesome prizes, score some free swag, and learn more about District Wrestling and other Team DC clubs at our information booth on site!
