Cancellation Policy
By purchasing a season membership, you are entitled to participate in all weekly practices for the duration of the season, special rates for club events, discounts on club merch, and other benefits at the discretion of District Wrestling Club. Your fees help pay for coaching, facility fees, club costs, etc. so we cannot offer refunds if a weekly class is missed. If you are worried about missing a session, consider doing week-to-week drop-ins instead. All participants — both season members and drop-in athletes — must have an active USA Wrestling athlete membership. These memberships are annual, and are a requirement of all USA Wrestling-chartered clubs. See our Requirements page for more information on USA Wrestling memberships. Purchasing a Season Membership DOES NOT provide USA Wrestling membership. Refunds may be issued mid-season on a pro-rated basis in the event that you are relocated, injured, or otherwise unable to attend regularly due to unforseen circumstances.
